At ADLA Jobs, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our candidates, employers, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, share, and protect personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act of Ghana and other applicable regional data protection legislations.

We collect personal information to provide our managed recruitment services. The type of information depends on your role:
- Candidates: Full name, email address, phone number, work experience, resume/CV documents, LinkedIn profile URLs, skills, current job title, and other information you provide during candidate requests.
- Employers: Company name, contact person, industry, email address, business location, phone number, website URLs, logo images, and specific vacancy details in your vacancy requests.
- Usage Data: We may collect generic log data, browser types, IP addresses, and page interaction timestamps to optimize the platform's security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- To evaluate, verify, and pre-screen candidates for open vacancies.
- To review vacancy requests and coordinate consultations between employers and ADLA recruiters.
- To enable employer and candidate account creation and role-based dashboard access.
- To send database-driven notifications regarding application updates, scheduled meetings, or account activations.
- To maintain compliance with national employment laws and regulations.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
ADLA Jobs is a managed recruitment service. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share candidate data (such as shortlists, CVs, and qualifications) with prospective employers only after we have pre-screened the candidate and obtained candidate consent. We do not share raw candidate databases publicly.
4. Security of Your Data
We implement robust security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and secure database configurations in Supabase, to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data stored on our platform. Candidates can update their profile information and CV directly in their Candidate Dashboard. For complete account deletion or custom requests, please contact us at adlajobs1@gmail.com.
